Fulfilment Policy

Delivery Policy:
Digital products (e.g., eBooks) will be delivered via email to the email address provided in the order. You will receive an email immediately with the product from ecommerce@zyro.com. Please check your spam or junk folders if you haven’t received the digital product within five minutes.

Cancelation / Refund Policy:
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, once the order and payment has been processed, they can’t be refunded.

Digital Services:
A full refund may be granted if the client has not been notified by NFSconsultants (nfscnc.com), that the processes in the purchased service hasn’t been initiated. Once we have initiated the process in providing the digital service, a full refund will be voided.
